At this FREE hands-on workshop you will begin assessing the sustainability of your vineyard or winery. Bring a laptop or tablet if you have one - all others will use a hardcopy workbook.

Registration begins at 8:30 AM. Coffee and pastries included.

Topics to be covered include:

• Learn how to use the new 3rd Edition CA Code of Sustainable Winegrowing workbook to assess the sustainability of your vineyard or winery
• Learn how to use an online calculator to help track your Water use, Energy use, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, and Applied Nitrogen per unit of production
• How to get started with the voluntary certification program, California Certified Sustainable Winegrowing
