"I'm a big fan of composting.  Right now I'm using green waste from nearby cities here in southern California.  It's a great rural-urban partnership - I'm helping them reduce waste in the landfills and they spread it for me free so the economics work.  The best part is that this gives me uniformity in the vineyard which translates into uniformity in fruit quality."

Ben Drake
CSWA Board Member - Temecula Winegrower

By maintaining a strict confidentiality policy, California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA) hopes to build trust with Sustainable Winegrowing Program participants and partners, and to ensure long-term success of the program. CSWA has a detailed document that defines CSWA's Confidentiality Policy and provides guidelines for handling confidential information. The policy addresses how CSWA will implement measures to protect the confidentiality of information and data used in its day-to-day operations. The policy applies to all CSWA sponsored activities and includes but is not limited to CSWA employees, volunteers, independent contractors, and board members.

Program participants may request a copy of the full confidentiality policy by contacting CSWA at info@sustainablewinegrowing.org.
