Joint CommitteeThe Sustainable Winegrowing Joint Committee was brought together by Wine Institute and California Association of Winegrape Growers to provide leadership and guidance for the development of the Code of Sustainable Winegrowing Practices Workbook. The committee includes more than 50 members from Wine Institute and CAWG, along with representatives from the California Environmental Protection Agency and independent consultants. This advisory group continues to provide input to the Sustainable Winegrowing Program. For instance, the Joint Committee contributed to the development of the 2004 California Wine Community Sustainability Report and the new Air Quality chapter.
